Providing false information about your age to access arenaplus is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offense under Philippine law. arenaplus will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age and will forfeit any balance in that account.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) arenaplus account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. arenaplus reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the arenaplus registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. arenaplus may require you to verify your identity at any time by submitting government-issued identification documents.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your arenaplus username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify arenaplus immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 Account Verification. arenaplus may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your arenaplus account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in its immediate closure.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. arenaplus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at arenaplus's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit into your arenaplus wallet is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. arenaplus does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds into your arenaplus account from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cutoff time. arenaplus reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security or compliance reasons.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the arenaplus platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.1 arenaplus offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be stated in the applicable promotion details.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds will expire.
5.3 arenaplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.4 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. arenaplus reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player is abusing the bonus system, including through the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
6.1 All games available on the arenaplus platform use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on independent audit results.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, arenaplus reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's wallet. arenaplus's decision in such matters is final.

8.1 All content on the arenaplus platform — including but not limited to the arenaplus name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of arenaplus or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the arenaplus platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any arenaplus content without prior written consent.
9.1 The arenaplus platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. arenaplus makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arenaplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the arenaplus platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
9.3 arenaplus's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the arenaplus platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your arenaplus wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 arenaplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gaming activity.

11.2 Upon closure of your account for cause, arenaplus may forfeit any bonus funds and void any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any required investigation.
11.3 You may close your arenaplus account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you after all pending wagering requirements have been assessed.
12.1 arenaplus collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the arenaplus Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the arenaplus platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 arenaplus complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, in all matters relating to the collection, storage, and processing of personal data.
13.1 arenaplus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon posting.
13.2 Your continued use of the arenaplus platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the arenaplus platform and may request account closure.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising between you and arenaplus that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
14.3 arenaplus operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with arenaplus may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
